I have the very same excact looking bike and i t runs great for 30 years old i think. i only paid 400 dollars for it and i never take it over 60 miles hr. Im not sure how fast it my go? and it seems to run the best of super unleaded and burn less oil.

Only difference is mines a belt drive that one isnt i think
